The Phoenix Consultancy Group was founded in 2025 by Cameron Hogan, commonly known as Jamie and Todd Price as an amalgimation of a number of businesses including Jamie Hogan Advocate and Lobbyist, Blue Wren Art Studios and several others.
Jamie is the Managing Partner and Government Affairs Director who works for Phoenix on a semi part time basis where he can, after suffering several delapitating injuries and illnesses. He originally studied joint technical qualifications in Surveying and Civil Engineering while working for the Victorian State Government. He subsequently changed career paths to study Youth Work, qualifying in 1985. He went on to study a number of related qualifications whilst working with young people and in 1987 was elected as local government Councilor. He is A registerd lobbyist amoungst many other accreditations and professional certifications
Jamie is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia, Australian and New Zealand Criminology Society, Institute of Community Directors of Australia, Fellow of the Advocacy Institute of Australia in additin to holding Fellowships of the Institute of Management and teadership and Youth Workers Australia completing the Victorian Community Leadership in 2012 and a Life Fellow of the Association of Honorary Independent Persons
In recent times, Jamie has focused on his work as a board member, lobbyist, advocate, undertaking specialist government projects, forensic investigations and as a quality auditor providing services to many community groups and pro-bono work for people with mental health issues and young people.
He served on the Ministerial Central Gippsland Regional Youth Committee as Deputy Chair, the Ministerial Consumer Affairs Advisory Committee, the Victorian Association of Youth Clubs Board of Directors and the boards of a number of corporate entities, including the Tony White Motor Group of companies.
Todd serves on the Board of Phoenix and is a partner in the business. He is a qualified artist studying at both Swinburn and Melbourne Poly technics. he is also Phoenix's Artistic Director. He is a member of the Advocacy Institute of Australia. He serves on several boards and is currently studying Management and Leadership
Since the begining of the advocacy and lobbyimg business we have taken on and founded many ongoing projects and programs hence becoming a boutique advocacy and lobbying agency helping many individuals, major ongoing corporate clients, government entities, politicans and community based clients.

We specialise in a number of specific areas and assist our clients in their quests to achieve whatever outcomes they are seeking.
Jamie manages the business on a regular part-time basis, however much of his time is pro-bono and he volunteers helping people with mental health issues, assists community groups with policy, modelation and governance and younger people. Being active in the political world in various roles, for forty plus years he undertakes some political commentating.
