ABOUT US
The Phoenix Consultancy Group was founded in 2025 by Cameron Hogan, commonly known as Jamie and Todd Price as an amalgimation of a number of businesses including Jamie Hogan Advocate and Lobbyist, Blue Wren Art Studios and several others.
Jamie is the Chair and Government Affairs Director originally studiying joint technical qualifications in Surveying and Civil Engineering while working for the Victorian Sstate Government. He subsequently changed career paths to study Youth Work qualifying in 1985. He went on to study a number of related qualifications whilst working with young people and in 1987 was elected as local government Councilor.. He is A registerd lobbyist amoungst many other accrediations and professional certifications
Jamie is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia, Youth Workers Australia, the Australian and New Zealand Criminology Society, Institute of Community Directors of Australia, Fellow of the Advocacy Institute of Australia in addition to holding Fellowships of the Institute of Management and Leadership completing the the Victorian Community Leadership Fellowhaip in 2012 and a Life Fellow of the Association of Honorary Independent Persons
In recent times, Jamie has focused on his work as a bord member, lobbyist, advocate specialist government projects and quality auditor providing services to many community groups and pro-bono work for people with mental health issues and young people
He served on the Ministerial Central Gippsland Regional Youth Committee as Deputy Chair, the Ministerial Consumer Affairs Advisory Committee, the Victorian Association of Youth Clubs Board of Directors and the boards of a number of corporate entities, including the Tony White Motor Group of companies.
Todd serves on the Board of Phoenix and is a partner in the business. He is a qualified artist studying at both Swinburn and Melbourne Poly technics. he is also the Artistic Director. He is a member of the Art Therapists Associaion and the Advocacy Institute of Australia. He serves on several boards. He is currently studying Management and Ledership
Since the bgininges of the advocacy and lobbyimg business we have taken on and founded many ongoing projects and programes hence become one of the premier advocacy and lobbying agencies helping many individuals , a number of major ongoing corporate clientsgovernment entities and community based clients.

However, these days Jamie in semi retirement manages the business part time. He volunteers his time for people with mental health issues, assists community groups with policy, moderation and governance and younger people. Being active in the political word in various roles for forty years he undertakes some political commentating.
